Gently pressed Chardonnay grapes from costal Northwest vineyards are harvested right after juicing, dried and milled, then carefully blended into the finest dark chocolate. This process is a way to upcycle the unused product from the wine making process. These chocolates contain beneficial nutrients, flavanols and have a natural sweetness that tempers the bitterness of the flavanols in dark chocolate.
